1. Game Nights + Commencement Dates
Men’s Social 1 – Tuesday’s, starting April 15th
Women’s Social – Wednesday’s, starting April 16th
Men’s A Grade – Thursday’s, starting April 17th
Men’s Social 2 - Friday’s, starting April 18th
2. Formats
Teams will comprise of 6 players, unlimited squad members.
18 overs per team per innings.
Each batting pair will face 6 overs.
Each player must bowl 3 overs.
5 balls per over
Games must be completed within 60 minutes. Teams delaying the game unnecessarily will be subjected to run penalties followed by forfeiture of the game for repeated infractions of this rule.
3. Fixtures
Will be finalized one week after registrations have closed and published to our website as well as sent via email to all captains
All senior competitions will include a finals series
4. Fees (all amounts include GST)
Team Fee: a one-off payment of $192.00 to be paid prior to competition starting. $96.00 is refundable at the end of the competition if no forfeits* have been recorded against your team. *Please see forfeit policy at bottom of page.
Weekly Game Fees: $16.00 per player.
5. Captain’s Responsibilities
Communicate fixtures, rules, formats etc. to all players
Ensure SWISH has all players’ information prior to commencement of first round. Any fill-in player will need to complete a short registration form prior to playing.
Responsibility for ensuring SWISH receives $96.00 prior to each game.
6. Forfeit Policy
To maintain fairness and ensure smooth operation of the competition, the following forfeit policy is in place for all participating teams.
1. Forfeit Fee: If your team forfeits a match, you will lose the otherwise returnable $96.00 of your $192.00 deposit. This deduction helps cover administrative and staffing costs.
2. Liability for Opponent's Game Fees: In addition to the forfeit fee, your team will be liable for the other team's game fees of $96.00. This payment is due immediately after the forfeited match.
3. Subsequent Forfeits: If your team forfeits a second or subsequent match, you will be charged $192.00 for each additional forfeit. This fee is doubled to cover the increased disruption caused by repeated forfeits and to ensure fairness for the other teams.
4. Outstanding Balances by Finals: If your team has an outstanding balance owing (including forfeits, game fees, or other charges) by the time of the finals, your team will be placed last on the competition ladder, regardless of your performance throughout the season. This will be done to ensure that all financial obligations are settled before the final stages of the competition.
5. Communication: If your team is at risk of forfeiting a match, please notify SWISH via admin@swishbunbury.com.au or on 0434 384 500 at least 24 hours in advance to minimize the impact on the other team. Late or last-minute forfeits may result in additional penalties.

Games must be completed within 45 minutes.
