Terms and Conditions

1.     Agreement to terms

Coming into SWISH Pty Ltd you are agreeing to all terms and conditions laid out by the company.

2.     Payment Terms

All payments are to be made in full amounts. No deposits or payment plans will be used at SWISH.

3.     Forms of Payment

All payments for SWISH Bunbury Pty Ltd are to be made in the building. Card and cash are acceptable. SWISH Bunbury Pty Ltd will be using Square for all card payments which accepts cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay Logo.

4.     Refund Policy

Refunds will be given on the chance of incorrect charge from employees. Refunds may not be given for late cancellation or missing your booked session.

5.     Golf Simulator Booths

Golf Simulators will be available at SWISH. Anyone under the age of 16 will need parental guidance to use while in the building. Any damage to Golf Simulators may result in a charge to the client.

6.     Cricket Nets

If you are using the cricket nets at SWISH, you are agreeing to take proper care and avoid all damage to any equipment or nets. If damage is done to nets SWISH will have the right to charge for costs of repair. You will also agree to follow the proper rules of being inside and around the nets to avoid injury to yourself and others.   

7.  Social Media

SWISH Bunbury Pty Ltd will never post a participant on social media without their given consent. Videos and photos will be taken of events, customers and the building. You as a customer have the right to deny having any photos/videos taken.

Photos and videos will never be shared on any other media than the SWISH owned accounts and employees do not have the right to share any photos/videos on any other media.

8.  Personal Belongings

SWISH will have storage for any personal belongings bought to the centre. It is your responsibility to look after your equipment. If anything is lost or stolen, SWISH will do anything to help locate or report the items but are not held responsible for any incidents.

9.  Privacy Policy

SWISH will hold all private information. Little to no information will be needed for use of the centre. If any information is gathered, nothing will be shared to the public or other employees.

10.  Chance of Injury

Being in an area that is surrounded by sport there is chance of injury. With this SWISH Pty Ltd will do everything in their power to minimise the chance of injury, with following all OHS procedures and our own made ones. If there is an incident employees will make sure to assist in all ways such as assisting the injured, alerting people if needed, making an incident report and changing policies and procedures to avoid the incident happening again.

11.  Minors (under the age of 18)

All minors are to be supervised by a person over the age of 18. With parental or guardian consent minors are not given the right to be served any form of alcohol.

12.  Changes to Privacy Policies

We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policies at any time. For best up to date information please periodically review the policies and procedures. If large or material changes are made you will be contacted immediately.

We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
